Terms of sale and booking
Because of our size and our geographical isolation, any cancellation affects us significantly, and leaves us little chance to re-sell the room originally booked.
Due the small number of rooms in our property, please be advised that priority will be given to our "gastronomic" guests, therefore the reservation of a room implies dinner or lunch. We reserve the right to cancel all room bookings that don't include a reservation of a table at the restaurant Le Chai.
Hence the application of these conditions:
Check in / Late Arrivals
The registration of arrivals is held from 3pm to 6.30pm hours. In case you want to arrive after 6pm, you are notified in advance. Otherwise, any arrival after 6 pm will be considered as no show. No arrival, No check in will be accepted after 6.30pm
Booking and confirmation
For reservations for rooms we ask:
- A confirmation by email or fax

Clearance

Deposit
Reservations are considered firm after settlement deposit, deductible at the end of the stay, worth 50% of the total amount and 100% for all the packages.A deposit is paid by credit card when booking a flow distance away. If you pay by check, the deposit account for the full amount of stay.
Cancellations
According to Article N1590 French Civil Code "guarantees all deposits paid are vested."
We remind you that in case of cancellation or interruption of your stay, you can receive insurance benefits and be reimbursed, if you have booked with your credit card. To be reimbursed, you must notify your bank within 72 hours of the event that led you to cancel your trip.

Cancellation more than 21 days in advance

Shortened stay

No show
Any no-show the day of the scheduled reservation will automatically cancel the entire stay.

The no-show starts at 6 pm on days reserved.
Benefits
The rates include a day room. Do not include breakfast, lunch, drinks, lodging and half board
No benefit will be deducted later arrangements or packages, even if it is not actually consumed.
Terms of payment:

Late payment
