The gastronomic Restaurant offers a light cuisine ,who is primarily developed with food and natural products, bread and wine from organic and biological culture.

All our dishes are made from products whose origin is fully identified and controlled.

A green partnership is established  with Manoir de Restigné and some winemakers from Bourgueil who are sensitive to the quality of the culture of the earth and grapes, invested with special attention to the wine and its components, but also respect for the environment .....

All the staff of the Manoir de restigné welcomes you with ease and professionalism. There is a friendly atmosphere and Convivialité to enter into a  perfect moment of harmony in time and space.

The  Chai, famous cellar, directed by Sophie and Francois Duguet, is now the fashioned Restaurant, Le Chai Michelin-starred 2010.

The delicate Cuisine of Damien cousseau is an appointment for you to achieve a feeling of fullness. A promising cooking in a elegant dining room for elegant guests, sensitive to certain Conventions and etiquette.

A wine list of selected quality wines is presented, from grapes nectars of organic and biodynamic culture  from several regions of France.

The personal and financial commitment for the constant rehabilitation by the owners for this place with Character,  is considerable.
The whole building is listed into the inventory of historical monuments. Lounges, spacious rooms and suites are all non-smoking and decorated differently in respect and refinement of the eighteenth century, on the subject of wine and wineyard vines.

Today the restored lordly Manor maintains connection to the storied past of this region northwest of Tours.

This manor has a wine bar, a breakfast/ buffet lounge, a swimming-pool, a TV lounge,  a 1 star gourmet restaurant « Le Chai » (seating for 35) , a café, and a project for a Wellness Centre & Spa (2012).

The spacious rooms are decorated in the style of the eighteenth century dust. equipped with a CD player, DVD player and flat screen television with satellite channels. The cancellation and prepayment are stauées depending on the conditions of sale and booking of our hotel.
